Hey no cheating! You peeled the potato with a peeler I had to use a knife! :/ Yes I was on potato duty on Thanksgiving! We actually have chicken on Thanksgiving, turkey, sweet potato pie, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, cornbread stuffing deviled eggs, then desserts. We delegated this year so several of us brought different things. But mom cooked the turkey and chicken and made the dressing and potato dishes. So your dishes are pretty similar to our southern ones. It is so cute to see Kitty!!! I could see her in the reflection on the door... I was hoping you would share :)

Lydia! Yes it is. Just be careful though because since it's already been cooked already. Frying it might suck out all the moisture. Make sure its completely thaw before frying it for a few minutes
