I've read a couple of his books, "The Politics of Rich and Poor", and "Wealth and Democracy: The Political History of the American Rich". Both outstanding. Looking forward to reading more of his books.

this was a rather provocative book. The scary part is while Id like to say he is crazy for some of the things he says about the evangelical southern religious denominations, the amazing thing is I saw those things with my own eyes BEFORE reading his book....so while people who dont like his views say he is throwing wild accusations, he is quite based in fact for a solid portion of them at the least, if not more then just a portion.

The word Democrat and it’s relevance is over. The moderate level headed thinking Democratic is a thing of the past that has gone. These new midterm elections will reverberate the the future of the country.

The GOP bought the House. The struggle to direct the Political Prostitutes who perform to fill the Bank Accounts of their financial supporters, appear to have no actual concern about any Human who has less than a Million Bucks in the Bank. The planned balance of the two parties will never allow the Partisan differences to progress beyond a Committee Room. As the Economy fails while a small number of Investors become enabled by the Politicians they can afford to purchase, the idea of Democracy appears to have been sold in 1948, to George and Herman Brown, when they bought themselves a Senator. Would Coke Stevenson have changed the world?
