As someone who was born, raised, and has lived in San Diego my entire life, every scene and location of San Diego County was instantly recognizable and spot on! The older version of the county had small tastes and influences of San Diego that I could figure out what area they were based on, but this new version is next level. Excellent work SCS!

I've been using a script that does this function for a long time, but it's always good for the original game to have it.

My computer has processor i5, graphics card gtx1660 super and 8gb RAM. Before ETS 2 game 1.53 update I was running the game on graphics ULTRA settings without any problem. But after 1.53 update, it is possible to run it only by setting the graphics settings to Low...if the graphics settings are set to High or Ultra, the game stops within seconds after starting the game and goes to steam main menu without even Autosave.

The next thing that would be great is that the trailer doors open when you delivering it don’t have to even have the dynamic unloading, but just to give you a realistic feel too just like sliding the tandems!

The California rework rules. My family used to drive through Mojave once a month when I was a kid and I was always transfixed by the windmills on the hill there. It's really cool that those windmills are now represented by a Vitas Power depot in game! So Cal is so stupendously spot-on now I love it.

Different states have different regulations about how far the tandems are from the fifth wheel. Most notorious state for this is California. Also sliding tandems will change how the trailer turns, so this can be effective in some tight spaces.

@@faydulaksonopretty much most of the time you won’t have you tandems all the way back. It’s harder to turn with them there. If you’re unloading at a warehouse or something and they’ll use forklifts they’ll have you slide the tandems back so the trailer can handle the weight

Great update. I've been playing since about 2017 and the game has come a long way. I'm from NYC and it'll be cool when you finally make it to NY, though that's probably years down the pipe. Maybe the graphics are completely updated by then.

I think they're only allowed to have trucks that are/were in production since the game came out. luckily versions of the kw 900 and Pete 389 meet that criteria so that we have some classic looking trucks without mods. yeah, the classic k100 cabover would be great in the official game, but the mod for that one is fantastic though.

This is the negative of each update since they come with more things and the game crashes more heavily, and since I play with a low to mid-range PC, I have to configure everything on low to be able to play it.

Good job team! California is done. Now to tackle the worst state in the Union and that would be Nevada. I like the dynamic loading and also the tandems. Just don't go sliding your tandems in California that's illegal and you can get a ticket because of the bridge law.

bought a trailer in ETS2 and the loading animation was a little boring. just a bar filling up. I'd love to see actual loading/unloading animations to make owning a trailer cool additionally it would be nice if the cargo market could show all cargo that you have trailers for so you don't have to store and connect different trailers just to see the market

Under services in the pause menu there should be a tab that allows you to see what a trailer type can hold and another tab to see a map of all the industries in each city.

@@rustyrailspikeproductions are all cargos always available? I've only used it once to get the Bauxite ore for the Camping achievement but it seems to be similar to the freight job menu. but it only shows the cargo that can fit in the trailer that is currently attached to the truck

@@whoeveriam0iam14222 yes all cargo is available for view. Correction under the catalog tab there is a trailer index tab which shows you all possible trailer load types for that particular trailer. Under that same tab there is the logistics map which allows you to see the industries in all cities. You can also use it to look up where certain loads spawn and at what industries.
