Gus received the cure five years later so after that, he started aging. He would be about 13 provided the unique nature of his vampirism didn’t slow his physical aging. I could see him being small for his age because even though his mind ages at regular speed, his body grows a bit slower, making for a smaller frame. I could see him even starting school later to blend in with 9-11 year olds. Just my head cannon lol.

I know you said you have lived in Canada so just a small one off comic suggestion to do for the channel would be We Stand On Guard by Brain K Vaughan. Also really liking the American Vampire videos.

Just want to let you know, I read it. It's decent. It's not amazing, but a solid 7/10, and it does have a fun concept. I think it would make a good video cause of the Canada vs. USA angle. I have my next few video series I want to cover planned, but I think I will try to get around to covering this one day.

Nitpick . . . Polaroids didn't look like that, at least not during that time period. Early ones were a lot bigger and used a different process. The type of pictures associated Polaroid weren't invented until the 70s ☺

Lyndon Hobbs had a wife and a kid in 1917 and in this vol. it’s 1954. he had to be like 70. And what about Felicia I don’t even know how old she should be. And thank you Danny keep up the great work buddy. You’re my church on Sunday.
@dannymalt4 жыл бұрын
I keep a date timeline for my notes for this series when I write the script. Hobbes was supposedly 21 years old in 1917, so in 1954 he’d have to be 58 years old. Felicia was born in 1912, in 1954 she would be 42.

I covered up to Volume 8, although some volumes I split into two videos. That is almost up to date. There is a new series called American Vampire 1976, which is in progress. I think it’s going to be like 10 issues. That’s the latest. I will try and get to that once it wraps up.

So why Hobbs isn't a very old man now?
@aagreenidge Жыл бұрын
What I didn't get was why dracula was still held at the same location that was already broken into to. That didn't make sense. They've already have a breach and exfil, so why would they continue to hold Dracula in the same location? As for Gus, It's probably because of his vampire physiology that he looks younger than he is. His grandfather was how old? So yeah, it's probably from the genes he inherited from Sweet.
@ajani.campbell3 жыл бұрын
I thought I would love this because it's Dracula but no I didn't. I rather the stories with Skinner and pearl. Where are they? Although I love Felecia's character but they don't establish her all that good and they don't use her correctly.

What’s your take on Invincible being made into a cartoon? I’m worried if they stick really close to the source material, it might rile up the SJWs.

Na, it's hard to nit pick invincible

What do you mean Linden Hobbs didn't strike you as British I thought he was very similar to Brit from invulnerable like if they turned out to be cousins I wouldn't be surprised
@dannymalt4 жыл бұрын
Brit (short for Brittany) in Invincible was actually American despite his nickname being Brit. To me, I pictured Hobbes as a Nick Fury (Marvel) or Greg Mallory (The Boys), so like a military type character. Hobbes always seemed based in America, and he never spoke with any British-isms, so I assumed American. So the fact that in my head I should have been envisioning someone speaking with a British accent this whole time, did not seem right to me.

Not in my opinion. Its clearly setting up explanations for future events. Like why the vassals will be working with other vampires. The comics were done out of chronological order.
