We do need a better healthcare system for the public. These are cheap for foreigners because they have good economy and their countries medical system is too expensive. You ask middle class citizens in India and they'll complain about how much it costs for a treatment. Doctors are also overworked without adequate pay in comparison to the amount of work they put in.
