Decent hobby boxes/packs have a much higher percentage to profit vs scratch offs. State lottery tickets are the biggest scams. It’s been proven time and time again that the winning odds on the back of the ticket are untrue. Put it this way: if you or me were approved to sell our own lottery tickets (w/ the exact same payout odds) to the public, we’d be in prison
