Is that Byron Berline?! Wowee! He shore can still fiddle! Doesn't he sound a lot like Stuart Duncan? (Just the ear and choice of notes)? Stuart says Byron was, in his words, "...simply the best fiddler you'd ever want to hear." :)

Yes it's Byron, and he's still kickin', as can be seen and heard at his OK Intl. Bluegrass Festival, first weekend in October in Guthrie

All are truly great in their own right but to me there is no comparison. Jim Mills is THE absolute best.

Jim is the closest thing there's been to Earl...….and that's what I'm interested in. Bela, Sonny, Charlie and (etc) are great, but I'm lookin' for Earl (and Jim).
