Thank you for the informative presentation on a verity of ways to improve shelf life! I do wish that the obvious taste profile change in some of those applications wasn't brushed under the rug to make your industry look better, it does the opposite.

I used to bake. Baking brought me joy. But then, Hidekun Hah said that baking and decorating pastries is a men only activity. Because of that jerk, I stopped baking.
