Haven't had a single drink since the beginning of summer. The worst time to stop with all the BBQ, kids summer vacation, long weekends, holiday, 6 months without a glass of wine , a can of beer, ...nothing. I feel better about myself as a person, a father, a son, a brother, a human being.

@@youareindenial4413 Fantastic! Still not drinking. No cravings. No sneaking out when nobodys home to buy a beer, wine, etc. Even at dinner parties, bbq, beach, not drinking. Nobody has to say anything, point me out. Or having my car, basement searched, for anything hidden and drunken when im home alone. 1 year no alcohol. But im not going to lie, i think about it often, when nobody is home, at a dinner party, a cookout, wedding, etc. But i think about the day after. Will i want a other glass? Just 1 more. This is my last time. Will i say or doing something ill regret. Nope. Not doing it.

I pray for everyone, I have compensated, loss lots of weight, cut things away, people think that Cirrhosis is due to drink, not all true, i have b3 disease, and other issues which contributed to what i got.... people should not be judged, i see my specialist tomorrow. Thanks for great vid

I have never heard of the American Liver Foundation! You should allow your liver to recover with a strict keto very low carbohydrate diet or a carnivore diet. Both of these diets can stop and reverse undiagnosed diabetes type 2 with high insulemia and pre diabetes and diabetes type 2.

@@HelotesHellRaiser He’s still fighting. Our biggest issue is insurance. They won’t allow him to have a transplant until July 2022. He can’t wait that long. He now having to have fluid drained every week. He’s only 27, he should be living his life. Stupid energy supplements !!! I’m going to have to look into treatment internationally. The US healthcare system is run by insurance companies. I never realized this until now. Extremely upsetting. Thank you for asking. It helps to talk to people.

I hope you have learned by now that the Keto diet, or carnivore diets allow the liver to sometime actually recover to some extent no matter how damaged it is. Of course no alcohol consumption! These 2 diets both stop and reverse undiagnosed diabetes and also all other stages of diabetes type 2. It is hopefully not too late to try.

My partner was diagnosed with stage 2 cihrosis after curing hep C 5 years ago and died of cardiac arrest 2 weeks after diagnosis they never gave him an option for TIP he was throwing up varices at home we didn't know what it was

I just had my imaging done I am at stage 2 with some stage 3 of fibrosis they're concerned about a progressing. I have to admit I'm a little scared I don't know what to expect I go see a GI doctor soon.. I suppose I can do is do some research and try to exercise more and change my diet and see what kind of medications there are.

Follow a low carb, low fat diet. No sugar and starchy foods, no fructose -fructose can not be metabolized and transforms into fat on the liver. Lots of vegetables, especially cruciferous, avocados, fresh berries, 2-3 walnuts a day... Ask your doctor if it is alright to drink every other day an artichoke tea from dry leaves -it is bitter but helps a lot-or take daily a turmeric supplement for two months (no more than two months, though, not during pregnancy or breast-feeding). It is safe and very helpful to the liver to consume a spoon or two every day of the purest coconut oil you can find. Avoid all plant oils (soya, sunflower oil, canola, margarines...), they cause terrible inflammation to the body. Take a supplement of omega-3 (not omega-6 because they act in concurrence and destroy the omega-3 fatty acids), make sure you take 15-20 minutes of sunlight every day (with no sun screen) to ensure you have enough vitamin D. When vitamin D is low, all sorts of diseases can develop.
