I was a wedding photographer (UK) for a while and had one bride who was not happy she married the guy. As she stepped out of the car, she said to me, 'Why the hell am I doing this!?' When I realised she wasn't joking, I took her to one side and said, 'If you really feel that way, get back in the car Now, and get out of here.' But, she went ahead. 'No.. No..They're all here now.' When I was doing a few bride shots after, she was in a daze; 'I can't believe I've married HIM!'

A fine reaction as always. Loving the King/Queen chemistry. Note to the wise: WD40 is great at protecting against moisture but it’s too light for fixing squeaks; it won’t last long. Use instead some mineral oil (eg 3-in-1 or motor oil), or better still, some grease (eg Castro LM).

I think Catherine Tate is probably the funniest woman I've ever seen...I'm past caring if that _sounds_ sexist. She's certainly funnier than most men, she's funnier than most TV/film comedians. She's a gift. Caroline Aherne is close though, RIP. Tates' _Offensive Translator_ (nb. I don't think it was ever called _Offensive Translator_ from the 'get-go', the _Offensive_ was only added to emphasise to the 'butt-hurt folk' that 'this is just a joke!!!'). Anyway...That sketch ,fuck me...I love my Python. Look. I'm a GenX-er, I'm all about Harry Enfield and Red Dwarf, The Fast Show and such and such and I've gone back and watched NTNON and Hancock and Steptoe and That Was The Week That Was all that... But still, That sketch, the translator sketch, like The Dead Parrot sketch, never fails... Tate is a comedy genius. And not just that,, (I think it was The Queen who also pointed it out), she's also a fucking great ACTOR, like a great many comedians. From Murphy to Coogan, Lewis to Martin, Wisdom to Belushi to Murray. Comedians, people who are intrinsically 'there' to make us laugh, they seem to be able to make us 'know' about the characters they portray....I've always wondered about that!
