Have you guys ever noticed that the borders in Africa are almost all straight lines? its because during the Berlin convention the European countries divided Africa between them, and they didnt care about populations or tribes that lived there, they just pieced it apart it's why there were/ are so many civil wars in Africa, because warring tribes were put together in the same country, and Europians put the smaller tribes in power to keep them warring with eachother and not the European countries who did it to them It would be interesting if it wasnt such a dark period

Easy now my guys... My dad is Jamaican.. I'm English born.. Dont know what your names are, but mine is Samuels.. Its come from some English Navy guy from Cornwall, England. He settled in Jamaica. When shit changed, the original dudes stolen from Africa and brought to America (Peace Robert Nesta Marley), and West Indies, would have taken their "owners" name!! Hence the term "Slave Name"... I'm mixed raced, Mother's Irish... Trust... there's way more history to be found on my mom's name... Personally, I cherish my name... super proud of it, because it's my dads... and his moms.. But yo, we're making up for it now by creating history... Seacole, King, X, Obama, Jordan, Bolt, Williams Sisters, Ash, Hamilton, Owens, Woods, R Johnson, Hendrix....Akala..Abra, Ghetts... Giggs.. What we consider History, as we know it now, (Like 500 years back) was hard to document. The entire history of apartheid, segregation, slavery etc has been documented to a T... and so is ALL the incredible rise, the achievements, broken records, historic memories made etc, we are setting and writing right now... It's all about the future my guys.. Still we Rise.... Peace from W.Yorkshire

19:40 jack Merrit knew Dave's brother and he even represented him in court during the trials. His University Research dissertation was titled "A critical analysis of the over representation of black, asian and minority ethnic males aged 18-21 in the british prison system". He really believed people can not be judged based on an action they did in their lifetime. Sad because he got killed during a terror attack.

I ain’t one to comment too much or stuff like this and Ik I’m here watching something to do with music(not allowed in my religion) but wherever you can do good you should. In my religion we believe God never burdens you more than what the soul of an Individual can handle. So much unfairness going on rn but God isn’t blind and on the day of judgment everyone will be questioned about every single thing that ever happened. Nothing will be missed

They act like Meghan is the first person of black descent in the royal family but they just don't want history to repeat itself. Queen Chalotte was black her mother was Ourana a black Moor as her father. She married King George the 3rd in 1761. People described her as a "true mulatto" they said she had a wide nose and that her lips were too thick. This was kept secret until 1999 when a story was done on her. She had 15 children and one of them was Prince Edward, the father of Queen Victoria great great grand mother of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd the current Queen of England.

You guys misunderstood quite a bit of this, mainly because you kept stopping it before Dave had finished a sentence so you misinterpreted what he’s saying, then you pick it back up sometimes missing the ends of those bars. I get that this is a reaction video, but it’s hard to react if you either talk over the track or miss parts of it. When Dave said “we’re the least racist” he wasn’t talking about black people. He was saying our society tells us to be grateful that ‘they’ are the least racist, which apart from being patently false, is STILL racist just as Dave said. So yeah, just saying if you let Dave finish a bar before pausing to analyse, you would’ve understood it better.🤷🏽♀️

Sick reaction ! I know other comments have covered some of the bars but context is very important In the UK, there is still racism, but it’s more of a class war over here. Poor people here are dirt to the government regardless of colour. That’s why if you look into our inner cities, they are hugely diverse and you find the mix of colours / cultures living together. Boris Johnson and our current government are all privately educated elitists with a history of awful comments and policy against people of colour .. but on the whole the poor and the sick. Jack Merritt as people have said was an activist, but ultimately he was a highly educated lawyer who devoted his life to trying to rehabilitate offenders , and change the system which to stop the endless violent cycle of crime. He was killed in a terrorist attack, by a man who ultimately Jack was there to help as part of the rehab courses. A good series on Netflix is TopBoy!
