I used to do their dance routine for exercises in quarantine time back in 2020. I showered in sweat man. Those are so difficult to keep up. But it actually really helped me to keep me fit in those days. Also it's really fun to dance their routine with them.

YES YES YES!! Sing praises to Yoongi's dancing!! He's an underrated dancer!! Of course I love how all of them dance, but to me there's something enthralling about Yoongi dancing. He has this easy going smoothness to it.

I love how you react to each of the members equally! Personally, SUGA is my ultimate bias but you're not a true ARMY unless you like all of them in their own unique ways. Dance practices are where they can let out their energy and playfulness so its always fun to watch! Thank you for taking the time to make such long and enjoyable videos to watch! (especially RUN BTS) Going forward I would recommend more BTS compilations (funny ones presumably) since you guys are already aware of their personalities it will be easier for you to enjoy those kinds of videos! I think the main reason why I watch people react to BTS is I want to see them enjoy and fall into the deep rabbit whole that is BTS. A few facts about MIC DROP : the version in this choreography video is the original version of the song (its almost entirely in Korean), the one that has the MV is a remix by Steve Aoki ( has more English parts). "Dynamite" dance practice will always have a place in my heart. It was the first practice of theirs I had ever seen 2 years ago and at that time I was just learning about BTS. I remember when I first saw this I said, "the guy in the red hat and the guy in the jeans dance the best." Fast forward I found out Hope and Jimin were the 2 dancers in the group. They all dance so well and are so in sync. Dance practices are a good thing to show non-ARMYs. My go-to is "Dionysus".

Such a nice video and reaction!! It would be so cool if you reacted to ep 152 and 153 it’s a song and karaoke episode and lots of fun!! 💜💜 Their dance practices are what made me a massive fan as they are known for their synchronisation and dance talent. Especially the dance line but they all dance incredibly. Jimin and J-Hope are two of the best in the industry. They do choose their clothes for the most part Suga, Rm and Jin aren't part of the dance line (even though they are amazing) so usually they aren't focused on for dance by the camera, but only for singing and rapping :) unfortunately

Wish you would have reacted to Best Of Me aswell. Personally whenever i watch their performances, Jungkook catches my attention the most. He has the perfect balance of strength, control and fluidity. He’s truly gives justice to his center position. Recently in this break, he started getting “house dance” lessons to learn that style. I love that he constantly tries to learn new things.

we do get behind the scenes for dance practices etc and yes they have definitely kicked each other by accident 😭😭 and also yes they choose their own hair colors the majority of the time. it's been a long time now but jimin used to dye his hair a Lot. and when they don't dye it properly, they use temporary hair chalk for performances, videos, etc. i love dance practices so much. you're right they all approach choreography differently and bring their own thing to it, and it makes them so engaging to watch.

Mic Drop has several versions which are: * original which is in korean * the remix with Steve Aoki where there are more parts in English than in the original (it's the one from the MV) * Steve Aoki's remix feat. Desiigner, where the first part is verses by him * in Japanese (which has a very similar MV to the remix, for example in some scenes the costumes change, there are shots from different approaches). This dance practice was for her performance at MAMA, it's in Korean and included dance break.

The version of Mic Drop that you are probably used to is the one that has a lot of English in it. The one in this dance practice is the original mostly Korean version of the song.

I think they’re wearing nametags in the Mic Drop one because it’s likely a formation submission video to MAMA (Mnet) to make it easier for the network’s broadcasters/camera crew to know where each member is and properly zoom in or focus during specific parts for the live performance

I have a theory that they dance in "normal" clothes a lot of the time because they tend to PERFORM in "normal" clothes (although I guess a lot of them are made for dancing, or they would split their pants EVERY SINGLE performance... ;) ), so they'll be used to the restriction/how hot it gets. And while I don't know, I have wondered if that's why JK uses the hat as well - although he wears those often enough that I guess he just likes them. But the heat of dancing with a hat would simulate the heat of dancing the fifth set in front of the stage lights... Same with shoes - they wear all sorts of shoes with their performances, so dancing with normal shoes or even heavy boots will prepare them for that and not leave them dependent on specialized gear. (JK especially tends to wear Timberland boots, which seems kind of crazy - but I guess it makes it really easy to dance in light shoes afterwards. ;) )

The reason why in some dance practices they have their name tags is because it is an official recording of their performance they make for events like award shows or tv live performances so camera directors etc know the performance and where each member is during the choreo (hence the name tags) so they can plan how to film the performance, like when to use wide shots, when to zoom in on someone and who they will be zooming in and where that member will be at that time (this is also then followed by camera rehearsal/ dress rehearsal after having sent the recording).

You should do more dance practice reaction videos. BTS has such an extensive discography and so many dance practice videos. When Wes asks how they dance in jeans, I think since they have to dance in suits and difference performance outfits, they can dance in anything. Also, when you react to Run BTS again, you should do episode 32, and be introduced to J-KILL.

The name tags they wear are actually meant for camera operators, production staff and stage staff. It helps them when it comes to camera switches and angles. It's also used as a reference for the backup dancers, and also themselves.

the different styles of dancing you're boticing are definitely stemming from their different dance backgrounds, especially with jimin and hobi. Jimin has the contemporary background ( with a bit of hip hop) and jhope has a very hip hop dance background. BTS is one of my favourite groups to watch dance because I LOVE how different they all dance! I quite like seventeen too, although they're a little more uniform in terms of style. BTS feels a little more raw, which i feel just fits with them so much. It's so bizarre to me. BTS only has 7 members, but they feel like such a diverse group. Each member is so, so different from one another, each with their own very unique charms. Even their vocals/rap styles/colours are so starkingly different. I just love it!

They don't sing during dance practice. Not amplified anyway they've got the backing track playing they may be singing to themselves but we are not hearing those live vocals. The mic drop dance practice is not done to the Steve Aoki remix version that was the difference that you noticed.

2:16 did you notice that here they're doing marvel superhero poses bc the song is 'idol'. from left to right, jin is hulk, yoongi is black panther, jimin is spiderman, hobi is anpanman (which is not a marvel superhero but still one and it's the lyric he's saying at the time. they also have a song called anpanman which i think you'd LOVE it's so fun), taehyung is iron man, namjoon is captain america and jungkook is thor

The mic drop practice was for a performance. In most of their performances for an award show they'll do a dance break and for this one it was mic drop. It's MAMA 2017 award show. Also 2018 MMA is one to check...it has a real good intro to Idol

One of the best dance practices to watch is Just One Day. The song is more of a ballad, but the dance practice.... All I will say is - it's hilarious. And keep an eye on Tae (V). You'll see what I mean; I don't want to spoil it. But trust me, you won't regret watching it. 💜

Y'all are fun! Actually, "Boy IN Love" dance practice is amazing. They are all on point. They are really young and hungry. It's great. The dance practice for "I Need U" is also fantastic.
