The part where they are drinking their own “bath” water is actually explained by the narrator as being an energy drink juice with a mixture that gives the soldiers nutrients but giving it an awful taste and colour so that they could be tested upon mentally for their willpower

This isn't really the training. It's just the 36 hour selection phase. Training of the para isn't really shown anywhere cuz it's kept confidential usually

Para commando training is very very difficult... Started with 36 for restless 36hours nonstop heavy stress.. Only 11 reached at last.. Jai hind 🇮🇳

You missed a few things. They were playing with their mind. That was actually juice not dirty water. Also in the written test they took they had to remember all the things like statues and stuff that were subtly placed in their path during speed March and weight lifting march. No need to post it but Watch it again if you manage to get the subtitle.

You know guys that was just an entrance test for them and real training is still to be given that which they don't show us because of some kind of secrecy but you know guys they all 23 candidates are commissioned soldiers from different-different defence forces of india and they were best from there platoons but then also only 11 get able to clear the entrance test, i think this video is edited because i have seen this episode on Discovery channel and there was a 100 km marathon run was also in the last

Thank you for this wonderful video presentation. What you said is absolutely right. These are a super high class of people who put the safety of mankind and humanity first without thinking about their wives or children. I think once someone goes through this training they can survive in any situation. This training is also given to them so that they train their bodies to bear pain and torture in the event they're captured or shot by bad elements. A big thank you to you and all the soldiers across the world.

This is Indian Army, We Indians are so much dedicated in our own work, which leaves only 2 options, either Do it or die it. This is the only reason where in place the Indian Army are kept in the world's most inhabitant place, "The Siachen Galciers", where no one can dare to face the -50° C temperature.
