There is no north vs south. Every Indian's typical day is a mix of North & South' dishes. Samosa, Bengali sweets, Idli, Masal dosa,Nendram chips😅 I am a South Indian Vegetarian.🥴

For a high spice accompaniment, I would suggest you to try thecha (Th as in thunder), it has many variations, but the common one is to sauté green chillies and garlic, then grind or pound them using Mortar and pestle, add some salt to it and enjoy.

I want to tell u India is the largest producer of spice and sugar so normaly we used more spice and sugger in our food because it's natural our taste buds r developed like this form born a baby is eating food like this so It's so normal for us ❤❤❤by the way love from 🇮🇳India❤❤

How can something deep fried be healthy?? Well said, But originally this is fried in thing used Ghee or Pure Sunflower Oil which is healthy HDL grows LDL downs But nowadays commercialization happened and Refined & double refined oil took the place So yes in that sense it has now become unhealthier LDL grows HDL down
