Indians in general are so obsessed with western validation, this is the reason behind so many reaction channels,Rick, korban, jabby, achara etc are extremely nice people, don't get me wrong, I like them personally, but looking at the comments I feel like we are extremely insecured and we constantly need to be told great things about our food, culture, cinema and we are very fond of getting appreciated by white people, I think indian youth should be rooted in their culture at the same time be much more global and open in their outlook, we somehow feel that we are culturally much superior to others and deserve praise for every small little things, we shd understand and respect other cultures more and stop looking for validations all the time

Not really for me. Their reactions are funny. And try and flip this argument that people from various nationalities are reacting to other popular cultures - kpop, bollywood, Hollywood, Japanese animes, turkish pop, Spanish pop, latino music, blah blah blah. We are not the only nationality that is audience to such content. Every country wants to see how others 'react' to them not for 'validation' but for curiosity. Does that mean that the whole world wants validation from the other.

In Bengal we do not eat Gulab Jamun hot! But we sometimes eat " hot Rosogolla" only if you have stomach problem like Diarrhea. It helps to bring it to normal!

(only rajasthani's know about it, ask any Indian(non rajasthani) about rajasthani food and they'll say "DAL BATI CHOORMA", plus its(laal Maas) eaten by only 25% of rajasthani population as 75% of rajasthani population is vegetarian!) so how's eating laal maas enough of rajasthani food. I'm not against eating it, I'm saying it doesn't represent the taste of the land in full sense, the guy who was with them told that they had Dal bati choorma but in the evening and by that time everyone and every camera was exhausted to record that! (that's what I'm sad about that I as a Rajasthani didn't get to see Rick and korbin try and eat the most original and celebrated dish of my home state!) (Note: Also, if they themselves ordered chicken, paneer and naan, that's ok. Else if the guys (stupid babies with them) ordered these varieties, why would u do that? How are chicken, paneer and naan any rajasthani instead of "ghevar" /"maalpua" /"ker sangri ki sabzi" / "Bajre ki roti" / "Rajasthani Ghaat with ghee" /"CHOORMA" /"DAL-BATI"!!!!!!!!!)

@@TheIkaist dude calm down . I am Rajasthani too, so I know the importance of Dal Bati Churma I love it too and I live outside the state for studies so so I know what represents our state's cuisine. But all I am trying to do is to be optimistic. I was so happy when they said they will come to Jaipur. I too want them to try all the Rajasthani specialities like Dal Bati, Pyaaz Kachori ,Ghevar,kair Sangri ki sabji, Bajre Ki Roti ,jhwar Ki roti,etc but they had some problem in delhi so they were not able to have the planned time in jaipur.so i am just happy they came.

Also, the guy with them saying in comments reply to me that "they've had those dishes but couldn't record" kind of bothers me!!😄( saying this because if I were a Rajasthani stupid baby with them, and during that time if I see they're unable to record due to whatever reasons "their phones being exhausted" or" they being exhausted(because of the Delhi thing or anything) " , I would personally record for them, because I can't miss them having that experience!!). I have tasted Gulab Jamuns here in Chicago from Indian restaurants and they seem to be hybrid of Rasogulla (which is sponge like texture) and Gulab Jamuns taste wise. I am missing Delhi :(
