This peanut is actually a Ghanaian snack made in Ghana. The pronunciation is INKATIA BOGA( NKATIA burga) on the packet) . Boga(burga) in Ghana basically is the name given to someone, one mostly men who came home from living abroad for a long time. It was mostly used in the 80s and 90. In that era people always thought your life was better when you got back. Like you upgraded of some sort. Hence the name for this peanut which means the peanut got an upgrade. As you can tell it did. Dipped in butter and fried.

I haven't been back since my family immigrated to America in 2005. So this video is giving me all the feels. Cabin biscuits, man that takes me back! I remember in elementary school I would put a lot of Nido in a cup, add a little bit of water, and break cabin biscuits into it, mix it all and eat that as a snack (ate it really quickly before the biscuits melted)....good times.
