@@canadiantechprep These boats are really the "Formula 1" of the sea, match races are still very exciting but, in my opinion, they lost a lot of the fashion that they use to have in past. I personally miss a lot the spinnaker and those two extra manoeuvre that the sailors had to do for pulling it up and removing it. Apart this a huge Congrats to ETNZ because they've demonstrated to be the best! 👏🏻

@@WellyCoaster Definetely between Peter Burling & Dylan as I think they've been opponents in other classes as well. Not sure if Ainslee comes back as skipper on the next one or not, I think he can hold his head high after this one, he's prove a lot of people wrong. But its a fast past series with these boats now & maybe its time for someone a little younger & Ben to take a more managerial approach. Who knows though, maybe you lads will surprise us all & go back to 12 metres for the next round!

Hopefully there’s something to build on. Certainly Ben wasn’t as straight up as Spithill was. But he was coy about which way he’d be involved. If there’s a quick turnaround for 2026 I’d say the salty sea dog might have one more run in him. However a lot of this depends on the notoriously brutal Jim Ratcliffe

IB owned the pre-start, did a fantastic job! Then almost ate up all of ETNZ’s ~300m lead in Leg 3; fantastic, very close racing. To my team, ETNZ - BIGGEST UPS on being the best all round team in the 37th America’s Cup!!! And for winning 3 successive America’s Cups!!! You won because ETNZ Do Better, in everything you do!! You have greater intention, innovation, focus and determination than any other team. You have the best team work, best mindset and often / mostly (not always!) sail your yachts better than the other teams do. To the cyclors (in ALL teams) - YOU are the unsung heroes of the sailing team!!! What you do is IMMENSE!!! You’re doing ALL the physical work on these yachts. BIGGEST ups to you ALL! Nathan was a major reason we won. That aussie really knows his stuff. Not to mention Ashby from previous cups. With sailors like these and upcomers that have shown the goods in GP its disappointing Oz dont have a boat in AC. That would be my dream final to watch Aust v NZ. Its fun beating the Brits, Italians and Americans but these will not compare with going head to head with our greatest rivals and friends. This would a a final series that both countries would embrace. Can you imagine the banter that would be thrown across the Tasman....lol It would be epic.
