That is good narrative - I moved to USA at the age of 36 and, my cycle is little different but I can correlate with few things here and there (I too made a video on uncertainties of USA journey Theo Bros - but that is more about my medical licensing journey and Radiology). You narrated this in a very funny way - I like it, some points are very practical. I never had thoughts of returning back to India - but as you mentioned it all depends on visa status kids etc and for doctors and academicians Green card and Citizenship work little differently. The best part of this videos is you did not generalize things - and also mentioned the changing trends in younger generation.

To break the cycle, after having kids go back to India in 2 years. Your kids will be US citizens and you are not. By then you can have a car and home fully paid off in india. You are going back with US masters, lot of exposure and US experience. Spend 12 to 15 years in india happily with families until kids schooling. Then you can decide whether to move or just send kids to US or not. Transition is not difficult now a days. When kids are adults, they can apply green card for parents and get it in 2 years. This is how I think you can have best of both worlds.

It depends on insurance plan andi..there are so many factors andi…check with your employer about the instance provider and the plan. Once you know these go their website and download the plan details and go through them, they will mention what’s covered and not covered and your deductible and out of pocket expenses
