@@EmptyNesterLife Not yet. I am going to post clips of them, but I had to rehome them. Our yard just didn't have the kind of shade needed to keep them safe. One of them fainted TWICE... I found her just passed out in the blazing sun. I was constantly putting ice in their water, giving them electrolytes, frozen peas, diced fruit in blocks of ice. The coop and chicken yard setup was great, but for the last three hours of the day, they were exposed to so much sun and heat radiating out from the wood of the coop, it just wasn't safe for them. I found a great home for them, though, and they are laying more eggs for their new family. All that to say, I do plan to do a few videos about raising chickens for newbies as well as the advantages and disadvantages of having them. Believe it or not, I miss them! Who knew that socialized chickens have amazing personalities? One of them would sing every time she heard me open the door and she would sing the whole time I was with them. So cute! A book I read makes me think that song was the name she gave me. (Did you know chickens give their owners names? Seriously, who knew?) I loved them and it was sad to give them away, but it was best for them.
