Thanks for the informative video! The point at 4.28 is confusing. For example in Ontario they will not accept an application to pnp express entry if you dont have ircc exp entry profile and they will choose from EE pool and send NOI. They like only candidates with crs > 430. Can you please check on this point and update the info. Thanks
@AmertaRoopani5 жыл бұрын
ShilpaRaju, My pleasure 🙏🏻😊 Alberta also picks candidates itself from the EE pool so it’s necessary to have Express Entry profile in the pool for both provinces. What if we come to one province via PNP but after couple months we could not find any job and we would like to move to another province?
@AmertaRoopani5 жыл бұрын
P Putri, If you have been looking for a job related to your NOC Code and haven’t found one, you have right to look elsewhere as per “mobility Rights”, also confirmed at the official website of Canada Immigration: www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1113&top=6 However, you will need to document all your job search activities during that period of time such as: * Proof of your job search and your rejection emails or letters * Proof of residence in the province (lease, etc) as well as your electricity and/or gas bills * Proof that you have or have requested the healthcard * Any other document that can prove your initial intent to stay in the province. Also, you should contact your province's immigration authorities and tell them about your intentions to move and your reasons why. You should do this because they will know sooner or later, as provinces keep track of their provincial nominees. I hope it answered your question.

Thanks Amerta for the video, it was extremely helpful. You mentioned we need to track PNP continuously since they open the window without notification hence do you think one can do the PNP process by self? It is extremely difficult to keep on tracking the website throughout the day. Kindly advise..
@kuriousminds20194 жыл бұрын
Hi Jinesh, It would be hard to track each PNP program by yourself. If you are eligible for submitting an Express Entry Profile, your best bet would be to keep your interest open to 'All Provinces & Territories' and once you qualify for any program you would be automatically selected. The paper based PNP programs are the ones that need to be tracked continuously as they are the ones usually for 'first come, first served'. I hope this helps, Kurious Minds!

@kuriousminds20194 жыл бұрын
Hi Manjit, If you select Ontario in your EE profile, only Ontario will have access to your file and you will receive PNP from that province. I would have select that you are interested in 'All Provinces & Territories' in order to qualify for a PNP from any other province. But, yes..you will have to move and live in that province for at least 2 years otherwise the province could file a case against you with IRCC for misrepresentation in your PR file if you don't move to that province or move out of that province soon after getting your PR. I hope this helps and is not too late for you. Kurious Minds!

@AmertaRoopani5 жыл бұрын
Thank you Anirudda Pal 🙏🏻 and I am glad that you found this video helpful. Answer to your question: Yes, you will have to apply separately for each program because each program has its own requirements and criteria. For example: Quebec doesn’t participate in any of these immigration programs (express entry, rural northern and Atlantic) because Quebec has its own immigration programs and you will have to apply accordingly. I will make videos on all of these programs near future to clear all the confusions. Hope I answered your question. Good luck!

Hi please explain if we are filing pnp application through the canadian website then why do we need to check their websites throughout the day to apply as mentioned at 10:10?
@AmertaRoopani4 жыл бұрын
Hi, It means some of the PNP streams of certain provinces are not opened for the applicants to create their EOI (Expression of Interest) profile (that takes 5 minute to create one). So one has to be ready all the time to submit EOI profile because they open and close to receive applications throughout the year. However, most of the provinces such as Manitoba, Ontario, PEI and others remain open all the time and you can create your profile anytime. FYI, there are couple of provinces where you don't need to apply unless they send a NOI (Notification of Interest) in your EE profile and those provinces are Alberta and Ontario. Good Luck!

When applications do not meet the various standards and criteria set out in the Immigration Regulations and Manuals, then the likely result is a refusal. As you said province will open their window for few hours to apply. I have a confusion then at which time i have to create PNP profile. Is it same things or different?

Hi Keyur, It means some of the PNP streams of certain provinces are not opened for the applicants to create their EOI (Expression of Interest) profile (that takes 5 minute to create one). Good Luck!

Amerta, in the video you mention that once a province invites you for applying they have a window which the applicant won't be aware of and we need to keep refreshing the website and literally be next to laptop... could you elaborate how is it..and this is in the express entry application for the respective province. How can an individual without help from consultant do that?

Hello INDIRA NAIR, As per CIC, Funds must be readily available to you. For example, you can't use equity on real property as proof of settlement funds.

There is difference in points if I calculate using federal EE program out of 100 and if I calculate using SINP points criteria out of 100. So incase if I apply for PNP through federal then the points will be calculated according to federal criteria or provincial? specially for spouse IELTS points are there in Federal EE but in in provincial SINP criteria no points are there. can you guide please.
