Shabazz Muhammed was the projected number 1 overall pick out of high school but he washed out of the NBA by age 25. Now he's trying to make a comeback and this is a look at what he's had to go through on his way back to an NBA roster.

Great "what happened to" video. You hit the nail on the head ... making it to the NBA is a HUGE accomplishment, but if you don't have Kyrie, Hardin, KD, LBJ or Steph talent, you're STILL replaceable if you're a headache to the league. It's a BUSINESS first and foremost!
@lukegallegos1359
@lukegallegos1359 2 жыл бұрын
Nobody even wants Kyrie, it's not just about the talent. Kyrie is probably the goat when it comes to pure ball handling, but his attitude makes no one want him
@RichFlemingRealtor

@@lukegallegos1359 ... you prove my point ... if it weren't for his GOAT level handles and scoring ability, Kyrie would have been out of the league a while ago due to his attitude and the drama he creates.

Worst opening take I’ve ever heard . Lame AF. Think for yourself and stop trying to say what you think is the woke thing people watching want to hear . A guy see a women He likes , a fellow college student at another school Like What the heck are you on about it being creepy ? You weirdo . Yea, He sees His soulmate and says We’re going to make All Americans Then makes it happen . But all funny looking, corny arss can say is “ creepy “ and “ never mind what his future kids wants “ Yea , no one wants to be an All American. 🤨 What the heck?! Dude is lame.

People kept saying he needed to add a 3 ball. But I don't think that's the problem. He needed to find another team first of all. So he could get minutes. His defense was improving. His 3 ball will come together later. Just watching him hit 3's in a video had great form already. Best part of his game is his post up game. He needed one-two more moves to be unstoppable.

Sorry this isn’t as related as it could be, but I just wanna point out that Shabazz’s PBA team, which also happens to be the PBA’s equivalent of the Lakers or Celtics, was called the “San Miguel Beermen”, not to be confused with the “reigning” champion Barangay Ginebra San Miguel. So apparently the way team names work in the PBA is, because there are no home stadiums, since there are like 6 main stadiums along with other venues elsewhere in the country, instead teams have home companies, and are named as such, like the reigning runner-up Meralco(an electricity company) Bolts, the NLEX(a highway company) Road Warriors, and now-defunct teams like the 7-Up Uncolas and the Toyota Super Corollas. It’s like if, instead of the Detroit Pistons, they were called the Little Caesar’s Hot-N-Readys. Apparently these teams tend to change names a lot too, since for example this is currently the 4th stint of that team being called the San Miguel Beermen, technically 5th if you wanna count the time they were the Gold Eagle Beermen instead.
