Wow, beautiful sight and tons of wood used in building endless stairs. Hope to make it someday as I travel to nearby Highlands once a year.

Was just there for the Appalachian Trail Kick Off right before COVID broke out and the ATC shut down the trail. Been binge watching videos and just came across your video and subbed! Cheers

Great video! I need to make it to Amicalola Falls. I can hardly call myself a Georgia resident bc I've never been.

I love Amicalola Falls. I am familiar with all of those beautiful views. Try the stairs down to and back up from the suspended bridge at Tallulah Gorge State Park, better yet, hike the Sliding Rock trail down to Bridal Veil Falls.
@EatExploreMore6 жыл бұрын
Pete R yeah those stairs at Tallulah Gorge are no joke LOL. They make the stairs here at Amicalola look like child’s play. When we shot our video on our channel (check us out) even DJ got winded and he usually doesn’t.
@Pete_R636 жыл бұрын
I don't mind going up them but going down is hard on my knees. Takes me 20-25 minutes picking my way down Sliding Rock Trail but I can stairmaster my way out in 12 minutes or so.

Pete R I will say that’s a good thing about tallulah gorge, is that the climb up is short.

With few thousand types of bacteria in your belly button, a belly shot at a frat part is more germ infested than that water.

Can a pregnant person take this walk
@EatExploreMore6 жыл бұрын
It depends on how fit said pregnant person is. If they are constantly active it may be a little difficult but doable. If not, this will be a hard hike. We aren’t fit ourselves, and when we hiked it to make our Amicalola video on our channel (check us out) it was difficult but we made it! If you want to drive all the way to the top you can do that but your engine won’t like you. You can also drive midway and park at a certain parking spot to view the falls at the middle.

I know it is not an English class but you are making an ascent not an ascend. That is the verb, so by making an ascent you are ascending to the falls.
