I can't offer any advice I'm afraid as I've never had propranolol or migraines! I'm glad you're getting some relief from it 💚

its not only the weather that I have issues with, but also Sun activity, the more active the sun, the worse I feel. Its been very active this year and its making feel crap. also with migraines I discovered that the colour annatto, thats found mostly in cheese, causes them. only takes about an hour for it to happen too. ironically it takes 2 plus hours for anadin to kick in for the headache! Ive found a few snacks now that its not on the ingredients list, only says cheddar cheese, and about an hour after eating it, bam aura migraine.

(have not watched the whole video yet, but it might be nice to know other experiences :) ) So I was put on Propranolol when I was like 12 for my hemiplegic migraines (paralysis on one side during attacks). I was having them around twice a month and an attack lasted around 3 days! I did not experience your physical symptoms much, however, I experienced loads of mental side effects. So I got depressed and also experienced the fight and flight response quite a lot and it was also quite a severe depression that, after I stopped around two years later, I realised how bad I was doing. Anxiety does run in my family, as far as I'm aware depression does not (although my dad has the same side effects on other beta-blockers)... Luckily this is a really rare side effect, so do not worry too much about this, but it might nice to be aware of it! :) Hopefully you won't read this as advice, just more of what happened to me! I got prescribed propranalol by my neurologist who also got me off of it when my parents realised the mental effects. Idk if you have a neurologist (long live complex medical histories /s), but that might be an option?

@@iemand2612 oh that is a scary side effect! Yeah i always say EVERYONE is different but also out own bodies change too and may respond differently over time (which is why i say in the video for now this medication is helping a lot!) i was mostly shocked nothing was talked through with me even just common side effects 🙃 luckily things are good as they are for me. Ive had a few people mention neurology for headaches and even POTS/dysautonomia but yeah its that asking someone for a referral and the long wait 💀 i dont really get auras anymore thankfully and a lot of my migraine triggers seem to be related to stress, posture or weather changes 🙄 i used to be on amitriptyline which helped but thats a whole other story ive talked about before aha steroids made all my meds stop working for pain relief 🤦🏻 its exhausting just trying to get one thing looked at.
