If you are reading this...please request Aranya to setup a base in north India as well. The so called literate farmers of Haryana, Punjab and other states... need to adopt these strategies rather than relying on chemicals, burning crops and not thinking about mother nature.

It is interesting to compare India and China. China is planting millions/billions of trees and sustaining them with pumped water draw from elsewhere, whereas the Indians are creating water catchment systems and harvesting the rain that falls on the area. The Indian solution appears superior.
@avantelvsitania33594 жыл бұрын
Indeed. China’s mentality seems to be “fighting and winning over Nature”, whereas India is more on the “Taking advantage of the local characteristics of Nature, respecting, and cooperating with it”. Harmony with the Environment will always be more successful than trying to surpass it. Because no one will ever surpass the perfection of Nature.
@bluesclues1324 жыл бұрын
china does not have regular monsoons in it's inner lands- that is why they have to rely on pumping water, they don't need to worry about electricity consumption like india does as they have a lot of foreign reserve flows and a budding nuclear power programme. You need to adapt to your own geography.

I feel like those are different problem. Mainly as one person said china doesn't have monsoons regular. As trees are known to shield the ground from winds and sun, creating a forest could be a way to help the ground retrain a lot of its moisture.

This is by far the most interesting and inspirational channel on youtube. This is actual "work". Not some menial endeavor to get a bit of cash out of some toxic corporation. This is true, life giving work. This is holy, This is how it should be. Its almost ethereal watching this. The goal, the water, the food. Working the land for the people, with the people. Allowing space for nature. I look forward to how these beautiful places end up. Thank you so much for sharing this. I hope this mindset and perspective takes the world by storm. These videos are incredibly inspirational. So many heroic visionaries in India. It's a shame that US agriculture isn't regenerative; is not predicated on the principles of permaculture. And with Bill Gates now the single larges private owner of agriculture land, Toxic chemistry and dead soils are here to stay. Amazingly, during the Public Works Program of FDR, many permaculture projects were completed, espcially in dry areas like outside of Phenoix, Arizona. Although long abandoned, they still stand today and are highly productive. Geoff Walton did a video on this subject.
