I looked up "apron belly" like you said because I had never heard it before. I have a similar problem no matter if I'm big on small my belly would hang . Finally, I came across these videos about diastasis recti and have been doing the exercises and though they are gentle and don't appear to be doing much, over time the muscles below my belly button are noticably engaged. I also feel less jiggly in that area. I will say this though, I was not able to determine if I have the diastasis recti according to the tests they give in the videos. And in watching multiple videos I found that it takes several months to achieve a flat tummy. I hope this helps.

You’re smart, young lady, a lot of people don’t understand that you need different shapeware for different outfits, and different bras for different outfits, you need a variety of shapeware in your dresser drawer, your undergarments make a complete difference. It gives it a nice clean, neat appearance underneath your clothing. It does a world of different to your clothing. The right one makes a big difference. I’m a true believer, and it was underneath your clothing that will take your outfit to another level.! I feel you sweetheart sometime I wear double shapeware, girls that what are used to wear the wear girdles so the Shapeware is easy for me to wear, It’s not as sturdy . excellent video ! Platinum, senior citizen, approve ! lol😍👩🏾‍🦲🥰, the reason why I say all this, one day I was at church, and I saw this lady coming down the aisle I had looked behind me and I saw this woman coming down the aisle she had on this crocheted absolutely stunning dress , I was floored by how beautiful it was as I kept my eye on her dress as she continue to walk up the aisle, Then she passed by me and I got a chance to look at the back of her dress because I was checking out the dress because it was fabulous My eyes 👀 strode down to the back area and that’s when everything went wrong and horrifying her butt was shaking like a bowl of Jell-O. It was absolutely awful 😞 It took away from the whole outfit because she did not have the proper undergarment on and it made the dress looks so ugly very disappointing I was embarrassed for her as she continue to walk down the aisle I drop my head as she continue walking to her seat, I stop looking I didn’t say anything to anyone. I just kept it to myself, and I said to myself in my heart ♥️ I know she didn’t know better if she was much older than me at the time I was just 20 she was an older woman , but it tore up her outfit and I said to myself my mom was right about wearing the right undergarments. If not, it will take away from your outfit or add to the outfit , and make sure, your stuff is tight, not shake it like a bowl of Jell-O, I’ve always wore a proper undergarments in that day. I said I will continue to always wear, because I never want my behind to look like a bowl of Jell-O are panty lines and that’s another story. Whether you like it or not the right undergarments makes a hell of a difference ! are used to order my stuff from Rhonda sheer from Home Shopping Network. She had these wonderful leggings control tops, and I mean you didn’t see no cellulite they will snatch you behind in its move your butt down and you’ll be able to wear them underneath a long slinky dresses they were absolutely beautiful, but she stopped selling them on Home Shopping Network, but I still have some of her stuff after five years they’re still going strong ! 😍👩🏾‍🦲🥰

Omg... I just stumbled on your channel. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I too have that big arm problems. I lost 130 lbs and now it's swinging. I also have that same problem of having to buy tops with sleeves 2 sizes bigger them have to alter the body of shirts... I bought the arm compression, but you are correct... It is for after arm surgery.. It is soo uncomfortable. Thank you sooo much for putting this put there. I am a size 16 now from a 24. Could you tell me your arm measurements pls, so I can make the right purchase. I am from the Caribbean and sending back items that don't fit is not an option for me.
