Happy 1st birthday Amir 💙🥳 and girl i just turned 22 and i just had my first baby and my son just turned 1 august 4 and give your self grace i actually think the weight gain look good boo it makes you look more like a grown women you looks beautiful 🫶🏾💕 and when you had your daughter you was so much younger so now that we getting older weight tend to stick more and it’s harder to burn off then if we was younger our metabolism is faster .

Happy Birthday Amir 💙 Also I feel you on the weight gain. I had my daughter, who’s now 7, at 16. My body was snatched still after her. However I just had my 2nd and last baby 4 months ago and I didn’t snap back. I’m not used to having a stomach or not eating whatever I want. I find that it has made me insecure. What helps me tho is only consuming body positivity content, working on pelvic floor exercises. Those will help with diastasis recti, which causes the belly to bigger than what it actually is.
