In my opinion can u get away is Tupac's best song ever, it's the most descriptive rap song I've ever heard ever, it's a movie, it could be easily made into a real life movie, it's so personal and emotional, everytime I listen to it I know exactly what's going on in the song, he describes the situation perfectly and displays his emotional intelligence, and the feelings he has towards the girl especially the line "don't wanna lose you to that sucks, cause if he touch ya, I got some drama for that Busta" this line expresses so much compassion and empathy yet anger and disgust at the same time, it makes me feel emotional when listening to it because it's such a deep and touching story, the reason it's better than "keep ya head up" is because that was like a public service announcement about " we need to respect women" but "can u get away" is a direct and personal story to a specific woman, and why Tupac is claiming to be her salvation

Yea, you gotta do a Worst/Best songs ranking for Freddie Gibbs at some point, as I got older, I thought Freddie’s catalogue was unstoppable… Until I listened to his first 3 mixtapes (which released in 2003-2005) and oh, boy… Freddie has some duds, but Freddie has insane songs and performances from his first 3 mixtapes to his newest project. Str8 Killa No Filla, Piñata, and Alfredo are classics, but This Is My Hustle and Full Metal Jackit Vol. 2 are easily Freddie’s worst projects in his discography… I might catch some huge stray, but I think Freddie’s discography is better than 2Pac’s discography, and I love the absolute shii out of Pac. I highly doubt you’ll see or accept my request, but if you do, you’ll be on a field trip… Freddie has 23 solo projects, and only focus on his solo projects, except for his producer collabs. Good video as always💯💯, also, my favorite song by Pac is Death Around the Corner, as I went through multiple near-death experiences as a kid and always feared death, and I’m currently trying to recover from that, until I found out that I was slowly killing myself (I’m a diabetic).

IMO the friend he talked about getting out of jail and converting to Islam in the track “I ain’t mad at ya” is the same 58 year old dude who proved Father Time is still un defeated by losing in a boxing match to Jake Paul yesterday.
