I'm a farmboy. Raw milk won't hurt you. The ENTIRE reason for government guidelines was to stop farmers who kept their cows in barns in cities standing in feet of their own filth from selling unprocessed dairy. A clean cow with a simple daily screen test let out daily is producing safe milk. ( I grew up drinking raw dairy on a dairy farm.). I am very allergic to a lot of foods, additives, preservatives and esp. herbicides so have to eat Organic, which is expensive. Even some food labeled organic is not herbicide free. In 2023 I landed up in the local hospital ER 2X with allergic reactions to glyphosate. Currently approximately 25% of my diet is raw milk or milk products from a nearby farm. Cows are grass fed and milk is A2. So glad NH is local farmer friendly! There are so many towns that have local food markets. I am praying for Amos Miller and bravo Robert Barnes. (Woo-hoo, I just luv that leather chair you so often sit in for interviews and podcasts!) I know you do so much for citizen liberty and even go without much sleep. Thank You Mr. Barnes. Absolutely no defense, you have to have a license to sell milk. You have to be inspected to sell food products. The milk has to be regularly tested or you are knowingly putting customers at risk. Like I said yesterday this is disgusting. I could go on with a huge rant but I will refrain for doing so. I did pick up on something having been a law enforcement officer for 20 years. Who was tasked with writing the search warrant? Was it the State Police? If so then all of the probable cause for the search would have to be provided by the PDA. So, if the officials from the PDA commit perjury regarding that probable cause the search warrant is null and void in court. It’s referred to as “fruit of the poisonous tree” therefore the entire case would be tossed out due to the search being illegal. I really hope justice will prevail and this man can continue to provide quality natural goods to his customers. God bless him.

As Robert pointed out the judge had no interest in constional violations or procedural. He was only going to allow arguments on whether Miller broke the law. He relented a bit and allowed arguments on the safety record of the farm and the adverse effects if any of the food products. As Robert once quipped he was arguing a case in Tennessee and brought up how the police violated his clients civil rights. "This is a state court. What has the constion got to do with anything?" I think that bit about the US Constitution applying to state and local government didn't filter down yet. Though I think it was the 1800s when it was passed.

Due to this case, I just finished a lengthy letter to my States Governor asking him to set a precedent for the State of Tennessee and the rest of the Nation that ensures that Americans have the freedom to buy, sell and consume traditional Dairy, Meat and poultry. What we need is other States to acknowledge that what the State of Pennsylvania is doing to Mr. Miller is wrong and that the State or Federal Government has no business regulating the commerce and consumption of basic foods. The State of Pennsylvania would look foolish to continue to pursue legal recourse against Mr. Miller if the majority of the other States collectively unregulated how traditional foods are bought, sold and consumed as a response to this particular case.

Here’s a parallel about setting precedence. The right to travel cannot be in fringed , however law-enforcement infringes the right to travel every day by creating a permission through the department of revenue to regulate the common law use and right of traveling.
