Love Katie’s kitchen! I usually sit at the counter so I don’t have to wait and I like to watch them serve up the orders. (It doesn’t take much to make me happy 😊) Those Amish ladies sure can sling out a lot of food in a short time. They are so fast but manage to make the plate look appetizing. Thanks Daneille!

Agree 100% with your review. Katie's is one of our favorites, we like their breakfasts the best with home made strawberry jam. Long lines in the evenings ,one time we used our camp chairs out of Sherman and sat and waited on a table. Always get a tub of the peanut butter spread to bring home.

Love the video on Katie’s kitchen we go three times a year. You have to do a video on their breakfast omelettes the best I’ve ever had.

Everything is so good. The peanut butter spread is so good. You have to try this place. Prices are good. The wait is worth it.

Great place to eat…. My favorite is the chicken pot pie…. The Amish wedding meal was different with the creamed celery and pepper cabbage…

We have been to Katie's Kitchen before but have not done a video. We have it on our list to try again and do a video. I don't remember it being a place that overwhelmed me. Seeing your video definitely makes me want to try it again! Thanks for sharing!

It seems a LOT of the viewers and Lancaster fans love their breakfasts so I need to try that next time. I wouldn’t say it’s better than other places but it id unique and they do have some fabulous dishes and desserts. The buttered noodles w the stew meat is pretty amazing 🤩 Hope you are having fun in all your travels !! Always appreciate you!

I ate there about a year ago. It was just mid. My potato tasted like it was from the day before. The chicken was good though.

Thanks for commenting 😊 they have a lot to choose from so I think it would take me awhile to try a lot of their food but for sure their homemade bread is amazing!! I have had things that were fine and things that were awesome too 😊👍 But I do enjoy the atmosphere and the charm of this smaller place :)

Have been eating way to much Prime rib since Nov when we visited Lancaster. Edan resort Prime rib was the best however we didn't like the fact that they rushed us out of there. Didn't like they were looking for 20% or more tip when all they did was take away empty plates and fill drinks. Shady Maples Prime rib was very good. and I just had some before Christmas at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. Can you tell I'm anti plant based food :) @@ElleLiving

@@91210paige lol 😂 yes I can tell 😆. Actually I have friends who are on the “carnivore diet” which is all food from animals and really no carbs are very low. Anyway, I think it’s smart to get the same dish at different places - makes it easier to compare 👍👍😊😊 have fun!

@@ElleLiving I live in Lebanon City not in the countryside. I did have a farm in Myerstown about 18 years ago. Mom sold it when dad passed. Unfortunately I don't have a vehicle at the moment, my truck died in February. I would be visiting tomorrow if I did. I may surprise you someday. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Life ✝️

While the food may be homemade it is not really “authentic” Amish food according to my Amish neighbors.
