Life for farmers all over the world is never easy. Bad weather and destructive insects are always a threat. I'm surrounded by Amish here in northwestern Pennsylvania and what has always impressed me most is their work ethic, family values, respect for tradition, and self discipline. Their lives appear bucolic but under the surface it's hard work that makes their society appear serene. Although they keep to themselves, they are the first to help non Amish neighbors in need. They live their Christian faith. Like most of our ancestors Sunday is the one day of the week they do only basic chores after their church services are over. It is a day to visit relatives and socialize with their neighbors.
@peacebestillgaming3073 Жыл бұрын
thats why you rarely or if anything, never will find them having mental issues like modern people. because they have tough will, discipline minds, and hearts full of love and connected to family. compared to people today , connected to billions and still don't know their neighbor's name. and here we have 1-2 kids and they wont even show up to visit once a year. these people visit even semi distant relatives regularly. sure there are disadvantages too in their lives but they avoid so much of our problems by being who they are. i betcha they can all tell you what a woman is. something modern society can't define anymore.

@@JamesDean-vl3uf tbh, that sounds like a great business opportunity to line up self sufficient farmers and people who want to learn. It preserves the time tested ways of doing things, while also giving people the confidence and skills they need to make it, no matter what happens. We grew up on a farm with no running water and occasional electricity so we had to know how to preserve our own foods, so I guess we could hack it if we had to, but I feel like I don't remember enough to be really confident about it. I've never slaughtered livestock apart from fowls, so that would be a big, intimidating skill to learn because I don't remember exactly how it was done, but I do remember that time is of the essence once your cow is down, but that's about it. I do know how to salt and smoke and cure meats, can pretty much everything, dry foods for storage and those things I actually did on the farm, but there's still a lot i don't know that I need to know. If I could possibly get connected to a farmer nearby who would be willing to teach me all of this, that would be a massive boon because much of it is learned by doing and you can't really learn by not doing.

@@shinrapresident7010 it happens in every family whether they are Amish or not, when you marry their daughter against their will and they think you are not suitable enough for their daughter. All things becomes normal when children comes in the house, they will accept you, but you have to also compromise a little bit and respect them because they are elderly, they feel too, you married their daughter which they raised for so many years. You should talk to them keeping your ego aside as they are elders, even if they say in anger they don't mean it, they love their children very much. Daughters and womens are considered pride of the house, Amish people can't tolerate if something bad happens with their women. There are few Amish in my neighborhood whose daughter married to a Mennonite or Christians from other denominations but she convinced her family with her husband but she didn't ran from the house or situation. This is the true test. Even in non Amish family this things occur, you don't know these things because you don't have any daughter.

Just like any other prophet, Jesus prayed to one Almighty God who created this universe. If you really love & follow Jesus, why you pray to trinity? It clearly proves that truth isn't with you. Jesus never told people to worship him instead of his God ( Creator). Because worship is for God alone ( not trinity) which is the main teaching of Jesus. If you worship virgin mother son instead of your everlasting creator, you will receive hellfire in etertiny. I am not your enemy, I just aware you sothat your afterlife will be secured. Accept Messiah as prophet what he really was. Your Only true God who created you from semen is enough powerful to save you. Christian and hindues have faith on human god. Both group beleive That God manifested as human which is paganism, so both group will face same fortune in eternity. True God never ever come in this earth by releasing woman's vagina. This kind of faith is disgraceful which resulting hellfire in eternity. The truth is no prophet preaced to worship trinity for getting heaven in afterlife. God who saved the righteous people of prophet noah is the true saviour of humanity.
