There are two primary problems with this position. The first one is the condition of Dawn's body in relation to her parents and her siblings. By the time the Medical Examiner did the autopsies everybody but Dawn was completely through rigor. Dawn was not. This means Dawn died considerably later. This was confirmed by the Medical examiner that while he admitted he did not do her autopsy, he did confirm the condition of her body. This leads to the last problem Ronald Sr DID NOT die in bed. You can tell by the position of his body he had been placed in bed. There were no signs of him being slid across the floor. I might also add that there is some doubt the bullets found in the mother's body were fired from the same firearm. The weights don't match. There might be a reasonable explanation for this, and again there might not be. I am of the opinion there were 3 people in that house alive and walking around. This crime most likely will never be solved fully. Please don't get me started on George and Kathy Lutz. In the end, I feel sorry for the current owners of that house.
@THE-michaelmyers2 жыл бұрын
There is one more point I feel is critical to articulate. I am NOT a conspiracy nutcase. I am 100% convinced Butch DeFeo lived and died where he belonged. I am 100% positive he took his Father's life as well as his sister Dawn's. I am not sure who did the other 4. About 15 years later I was in a home where a rifle was accidentally fired, the sound was loud and I felt also a bit concussive. There were two children fast asleep in the back of the house that instantly started crying and were out of bed. I remember thinking about this case that night. I may be a total idiot, but after a rifle fire's 4 times, I don't see anybody staying in bed after that. Nobody was drugged. I just can't see this happening the way the local police said it did. I do NOT believe Butch acted alone!

He said he drugged them but Ronnie was a compulsive liar, never could believe a word he said, he always changed his story. Unless it says in the autopsy, then I wouldn't believe it but would make a lot of sense.

In the autopsy reports there were no drugs/sedatives found in any of the murdered family members. I don't know where that lie came from but, the autopsy results has always stated nothing in the family's systems were present to prevent anyone from waking up while Ronald DeFeo shot them in their beds

@badkitty49222 жыл бұрын
@@Erin_Coke aww, it's all good. There's actually quite a lot of proof that there's a dark entity inhabiting that house. Even Ed and Lorraine Warren did an extensive investigation; Ed being a Church recognized Demonologist, and Lorraine a psychic/clairvoyant, with hundreds of cases in their files. There's actually a pretty famous photo taken by Lorraine as she was walking around the house with a camera. It's of the youngest child sort of peeking out of the doorway of a bedroom, and can be seen from the upper part of the stairs leading to the second floor.

Similar real life possession, my friend and co-worker at the Stardust Hotel and Casino,his nephew was possessed by the devil ! One night while he gave me a ride home, he mentioned to me about his nephew , even if he was kind of mumbling because of his accent ( Peruvian) , I could actually understand his English accent ! He told me about his nephew was somewhat acting strange, had pictures of the devil surrounding his room ! I actually suggested to him to take the nephew to a priest! I don't think he or the parents took him ? It got worse! Means also he told me, that the nephew( male) was hearing voices! That was a red flag! So , one day when he passed by the house he saw him riding his bike on the way home ! Thinking nothing of it, when the nephew got home, he heard voices ...this time very strong! Telling him to kill the parents! So , he actually somewhat got hypnotized , got a knife from the kitchen and started chasing the parents inside the house ! He was able to kill them ...stabbed ! It was in the Sun Las Vegas newspaper! When I saw and heard it, seeing my friend and co-worker in the front page ! With him , his face covered by his hands, crying ! I was shocked! I ended up attending the funeral of the parents at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Las Vegas! Closed casket ! The nephew( which was the only son ) , of course, went to jail! But one of the priest ( now a Bishop ) ended up doing an exorcism in jail!

I think Butch (as he was also called) did it all by himself. I remember this story in the newspapers. I also remember one of my cousins (she lived in Brentwood, Long Island with her family) wanted to drive past that house. My Uncle (her Dad) forbade her to. He said he didn't want anything to "follow" her home. He was quite superstitious about stuff like that. As to whether or not it's haunted, well, haunted or not, 6 people were murdered there and that should be enough to give anyone the willies...it certainly does to me.
