Present CJI is going to be retired on 11.11.2024 so the next date is 20.11.2024 .The next CJI Mr Justice Khanna will retire on in the Month of May 2025 so no decision will be taken till May 25 .

Although SC has ordered for hearing pensioners case on 20.11.2024, but pensioners have bitter experience that our case is always listed in such away where by the Judges can not lift it for hearing , because of far away serial number. Our advocates must try their best so that our case have serial number in first five. Please convey my reservations to advocates of pensioners.

An Appeal was made vide petition I.A.no.206862/2024 dt.15.10.24 for early hearing and 22.10.24 was fixed. The 2 Judges bench disposed up the early hearing Appeal and fixed a date of 29 days later I.e.20.11.24 what a justice given. If early hearing Appeal was not filed then what will be the next date fixed???

The employees/ officials have without fail contributed every month towards their respective unions which have all been siphoned off by our leaders without even spending a penny for the need/ welfare if those who have contributed to it .The same is the case with the pensioners association . In short there is no one to support the person who has filed the case in the Supreme Court and if something positive comes out , all are there to enjoy the benefits.
