Instead of white sugar,use Brown sugar or pure honey it will be healthy

Honey should not be heated. It loses its nutrients and can even be dangerous according to Ayurveda.

I use jaggery instead. After a day I keep in fridge. I'm not sure how long we can keep it coz I finish it off in 2 weeks 😃

By means of Boiling the amla , all the v8amin C present in will be reduced. Again adding sugar is not good for health . Instead if it is cut into small pieces & added into curd with haldi powder & Salt crystal , mix well before adding. After a week, Good for using as a pickle . Can addfinely chipped ginger & green chilly. I

But I think it works only on processed sugar , as sugar is more used as a preservative , am not much aware of the preservation capacity of jaggery , but here sugar is more suitable....

Amla is -- "the only non-acidic (अम्लीय नहीं )" -- that is base(क्षारीय ) source of Vitamin- C , that is not lost even if it is cooked.Dhatiri falam in Sankri that means a fruit that nourishes like feeding mother (धाय माँ के समान पोषण करनेवाला फल )🙏🏻🙏🏻Thanks t Hebbars Kitchen for Amla Murabba -- Shaandaar🙏🏻🙏🏻
