And the next closest housing/apts to this is 511 N Akard. Which is housing for the chronically homeless. 511 is a great thing, just think about who your neighbors will be.
@dalman344 ай бұрын
511 Akard is several blocks away and is most certainly not neighboring this building 😂
@jrwgss19714 ай бұрын
@dalman34 do you know what a Block is? In this order...Fountain Place, YMCA/park & pay lot,, then 511 Akard is NOT several blocks. Believe what you want, but that walk could be made in 90 seconds or less.
@dalman344 ай бұрын
@@jrwgss1971 if you’re worried about which housing is closest…that’s not accurate either…1001 Ross is closer than 511 N Akard. Is that less scary for you?
@jrwgss19714 ай бұрын
@dalman34 I checked, the walk to 511 is about 1 min faster. But whatever. I lived at 511 for 6 years, getting back on my feet after being homeless myself. You don't know the number of dead bodies found in the building or when a prostitute shoots and kills someone there for not paying. Not to mention the police being there multiple times per week, which usually ends up in arrests or Pysch.holds. Trust me, when you've experienced everything I have from the streets to those who live at 511, nothing really "scares" me anymore. Not sure why you felt the need to comment when I'm just giving folks a heads up on who lives 4 lanes and a parking lot away from them, should they choose fountain place.

@DALLASTEXASLIVING214 , surprised by what? Beta providers, Karen's, and entitled women make up the majority of the residents in high rises. Normal people don't live in high rises. Who wants to loop around floors just to get home and take elevators constantly?? Then you have to put up with all the loud and obnoxious drunks on the weekends that are passing by. Not worth it.
@alfredosauri29 күн бұрын
$3000 A month overpriced? I don't think so, most major metro areas outside of Dallas you pay $3K for a one bedroom apt in the hood, this is actually generous for that price, here in Seattle you get 400 sqf 1bd apt for $3500 in the hood
