I noticed when I saw the stairs to the right upon entry. I went back to look at the floor-plans on their website. You're probably already privy to it, but just wanted to let you know

I'm shocked at how poorly executed the layout is for the penthouse master bedroom. The amazing Dallas skyline views are actually attached to the stairs foyer space, the bedroom actually looks out to the ceiling with the turf!! When I saw the downstairs I was just sure they were going to have a layout similar to the MGM Skylofts where you're looking at that skyline view from your bed each night. With that said, wow what amazing bathrooms!!! Best rental and property tours in 214!!

$106.00 per night ($3,200 month) .. its liking living in a hotel except you pay utilities. I cant wrap my head around it... My water bill is $4.00 a month, My electrical bill is $10.00 a month, my property taxes are $20.00 a year and my house and 2.5 acres are paid off. Sure I have no fancy restaurants in walking distance but I have chickens and a garden. I do enjoy these videos though...
