you can avoid the Grunt spawn in Guest Room (as the trigger zone for him to spawn is more close to where the door opens up to). if you get the key and pickup the note without hitting the said zone. it is rather easy if just more hug walls to make sure not touching wrong area :D then once you leave, the music hasn't changed.
