One year since the decision on Article 370, the climate of fear in Jammu & Kashmir is undeniable. The oppressive silence that lingers in households and empty media offices are just the side effects of a paralysed local media.

It has to be exactly like this in Jammu and Kashmir ! People for 70 years are creating chaos, separatism, allegiance to the neighboring enemy country citing religion , calling the India government all kinds of names. People have to understand that Hari Singh has signed instrument of accession to Government of India. Period. In Indian constitution there is no scope of referendum or plebiscite. UN can not enforce the recommendations- the first of which is Pakistan should vacate first -the part of Kashmir it occupied. Including the area which it had handed over to China. So, plebiscite only in Jammu and Kashmir - but not on POK is not possible. People should realize that they are living in India and should act like India citizens. If they talk about stuff like India becomes occupational force -well -there won’t be normalcy till they stop doing that. People of other 28 states are not with Kashmir. They must act like India citizens before expecting rights of India citizenship

1. Article 370 is article of Indian Constitution 2. Article 370 abrogated or nullified by 2/3 majority in lower house and upper house of indian parliament and indian president signed it as per the indian constitution procedure 3. The ruling party of the indian parliamnent in not having 2/3 majority in upper house and the bill passed with votes from opposition parties also. 4. Article 370 was abrogated because it is treating women less equal to men if they marry out side of region and they loose the property rights where men don't . 5. Article 370 was treating valmiki community (dalits/untouchables) with descrimination against , Article 370 does not allow untouchables not to work in any govt jobs except toilet cleaning jobs/janitorial jobs which is against the indian constitution basics. 6. Article 370 is stoping to provide Right to Education until standard/grade 12 which is against the indian constitution 7. Article 370 is promoting girl child trafficking/spoiling girls future from rights by allowing girl to marry at age 13 instead of over age18 as per indian constitution. allow girls to marry at age13 is against the indian constitution.

Truth will ultimately come out, one day or the other. Modi regime's lies also got exposed in the SC Saifuddin Soz case. Govt's repeated lies denying house arrests detentions have repeatedly been exposed. 1. Article 370 of indian constitution was introduced by presidential order (not by parliament vote) in 1954 ( DW Journalist is wrong in specifying year of article introduction) 2. Jammu Kashmir did got 10 cents of central govt money on a dollar where as rest of states each got only 3 cents on a dollar . The rest of the country is paying taxes for jammu kashmir state development ( DW journalist is wrong in stats) 3. All central govt contracts are bidded by open bidding process in paper and online in transparent as per all central laws. who ever bids high will get it. 4. Article 370 was changed and corrected four times before august 2019 by indian parliament (by lower and upper house votes) august 5h 2019 change is not a new method/process 5. As of this video publishing (august 5 2020) , The broad band internet and all mobile phones and 2G services are active and working in jammu and kashmir for more than 6 months. The broadband internet is available since august 15 2019 in hospitals, govt offices and registered personal homes .The 4G services are working5 districts of jammu and kashmir.(DW journalist is worng in internet is not in service) 6. The UN says , the peblicite can happen in jammu and kashmir area only after the first step of pakistan military vacating the both parts of jammu kashmir ( pakistan adminstered and indian adminstered) . Once pakistan military withdraws and vacated then indian military has to administer with minimum force and do the plebicite. Pakistan didn't do the first step which is needed for UN plebicite that is why plebisite is still pending ( DW journalist is wrong in saying UN is not doing plebisite) 7. Post abrogation of article 370 of indian constitution, there are no school burning by islamist militants 8. Post abrogation of article 370 of indian constitution, there are no islamic masjid loud speakers saying the hindu men to leave kashmir without their daughters and wife as in 1990. 9. Post abrogation of article 370 of indian constitution, there are no more stone pelting by paid actors/laborers in the name of protest because there was section 144 of indian penal code applies ( no more than 4 people can gather in the section 144 designated locations for safety of the people)
