I have had a JD 509 for some time and it is crap. I had the one withe the FPV and screen on the controller. The quad itself is to heavy so the battery does not last very long 4- 5 minutes. But the firmware starts the low battery warning at about 2 minutes (lights flash) and does not allow videoing from that point on. So you can only get about 2 minutes of video. Also from when the low battery starts the JD 509 starts to try to land and even full up throttle will not allow it to climb. So effectively you only get about 2 minutes of flight time. Other issues I have had with it are: Sometimes even with a full battery and no low batter warning it will drop very quickly even with full up throttle and so crash to the ground Sometimes it will fly away no matter what my control inputs are. Because it is to heavy it has trouble going against even the slighest breeze The altitude hold does not work very well and I am constantly trying to get it to go up When I do get some height, It takes a very long time to get it to come back down. That combined with the problem of dropping for no reason means it has crashed multiple times and so broken the landing gear. It appears to want to stabilize itself so does not fly well to control inputs so has very jerky movements especially when yauring . The video quality is very bad. Other the the jello, that shows even on these demo videos it also had blockey bits across the screen like to old VCR's used to have All the problems would appear to be firmware related but because it is not possible to fly without the altitude hold or changes the firmware it makes it virtually useless. I would not recommend it to anyone

A question ... the three cables must be connected to the wi fi? Because in my drone it is not connected .. that is why it does not have a wi fi signal Thank you

Anyone that expects quality video has to remember this is a toy. It flies well due to gravity hold and is a great practice drone for those days outside conditions are less than perfect. Flies pretty well with the app only, but I prefer the controller...gravity mode on app takes some practice. Between the heat and breezy days here it works well for indoor practice. If the phone holder is too small for your phone, it was for me, take a couple screws out and you can make it bigger. I use all three different cameras for the 509V, W, and G.. really more of a novelty than a camera!

+Iswan Hussain perhaps see in the instruction if there's a reset for gyro. sounds like it's out of wack.

Can anyone help please I am having issues connecting to the wifi don't even see it when I search for wi-fi and I cannot see the camera view. I tried downloading Exploration UFO from play store but it is not connecting to my phone help please...

Kee Kee Just received mine in msil and it says to turn on quad first then govto settings on phone then to wifi... You should see ufo in the listthen it should connect on its own.

what is headless mode?

With quad, when you're going forward, turning left is left, right is right. But when you're facing yourself the direction are opposite. In headless mode, your input on controller will always be the same relative to where you're standing and back is always back to you and left is always left...etc
