Hey everyone, this is Jacob from Ampersand. Just wanted to say a huge thanks for all the encouraging comments. This song was something I worked on shortly after my grandfather passed away. This song is dedicated to him. There are bits of zither in the beginning and end of the song, which was his musical instrument of choice, and played on a zither he let me hold on to and protect shortly before things got bad. Being a man of Christ, I know he's in a better place now. This song isn't a song wishing him to be back here with us, but looking forward to a time when we'll be together again. Thanks again!

My boyfriend knows how much I love it, and one night after we got in an argument, he went over to the guitar and started playing it for me.
