I always find it so heartwarming how much the citizens of wartwood trust Anne with anything since Anne has grown as a character and it’s just so sweet too.

What I love about Sasha’s, “Well that ends now.” is that the little box around her eyes widens instead of narrows like when she’d say “End. Of. Discussion.” Its a nice parallel to show the start of her growth! Also 15:52 has Sasha’s theme in it. 💗

You nailed one of the things I really like about Amphibia. And thats being true to its characters and managing a rather large roster. Like there are actually quite a few characters in this show, and while some are more "main" than others they all get time to shine and no one is really thrown to the side. And obviously our main cast gets their big arcs, but even the little ones get stuff to do and grow from when we first saw them. Its just some really good attention to detail and consistent writing

Amphibia has so many parallels to Avatar the Last Airbender, including specific characters. Marcy is similar to Toph (at least in S2): a badass addition to the main cast who is disabled but isn't impeded by it (Marcy being autistic and Toph being blind) Sasha is just like Zuko: starting out as an antagonist, then going into exile for a while, then coming back and eventually realizing their mistakes, becoming an integral part of the main force. They also both have an older badass mentor

12:40 but we saw her as a small child in that flashback, that IS her natural hair color! Maybe it darkened with age and she dyes it back to it's original shade, or maybe people just ask her that so much she's become insecure about it? Edit: then again, as was pointed out to me by the comment below, she's been in Amphibia for awhile and probably hasn't been dyeing her hair all this time. Bright blonde likely is her natural hair color and she's insecure over people thinking otherwise. Poor Sash...

Sasha is my Queen, Marcy and Anne might be more kin to me in terms of personality, but Sasha has always been my favorite character. And while i did like her better when she was a Bad Bitch, a good redemption arc is always welcomed. Also I feel i need to say this.... Grime doesn't get enough love, he's up there with the 3 human girls in terms of Character quality.

Fun Fact: there are actual frogs/toads (idk which) that have holes on their backs similar to the robot in "Turning Point". They use the holes as little cribs for their eggs/tadpoles and it's VERY gross.

It's episode 3x2 and we are back on (mostly) lighthearted adventures. Well, both the heroes and the viewers need some emotional rest after all those sudden traumas of "True Colors" and their reminder in the face of the Cloak-Bot. Only this time the table is turned and it's Anne's time to take care of the Plantars and help them adapt in the new world. But in the second part we are back to Amphibia or rather to Sasha and Grime. Their plan has failed, they are enemies of the crown now and, unsurprisingly, Sasha feels herself like trash. She lost Marcy, she lost Anne (twice!), she even lost Percy and Braddock. We've seen glimpses of her doubts all across her episodes, we know she can be a good person or even a hero if she really wants to. It's time to make a choice... Once again thanks for your reaction!

@@roo1014 Well, that's your opinion. Personally, I think Season 3 is better in everything than Season 2, including Sasha's arc.

@@SpinelForever *Fair Opinion.* (Mikey don't read this plz) Season 2 has to be my top favorite season of the show - my main reasons being the pacing and building of tension towards the finale, the lore being slowly revealed, and it held the most screentime of my favorite character of the series... Marcy Regina Wu 💚 Imo, of all the characters in the show, Marcy's the best and Sasha has to be the worst. I don't hate Sasha, admittedly there are many things about her character that I really like and respect, it's just a shame that for a character Matt and the team poured a lot of heart into, her arc in S3 was just so underwhelmingly basic. It didn't help that *Turning Point* was the only Sasha episode we got before she and Anne reunited. As a result, when we see her again in *Commander Anne* and she's meant to be seen as someone who has bettered herself, it didn't really feel all that earned. It should also be noted that never once in the whole show, even S3, Sasha never gives a genuine, verbal apology to Anne or the Plantars or anyone.

@@roo1014 (Mikey, spoilers here too) The reason why I enjoy Amphibia season 3 the most is simple, I love when things from other worlds mix with things from earth. It is a concept that I really enjoy, also, the part of the resistance against Andrias was very fun and interesting. And while Sasha didn't have the best development, personally, I think her development in season 3 was better than in season 2, and... I liked that she didn't apologize to Anne, many times many people have failed me and then they just apologized and that's it... Sasha didn't do that, she showed that she changed with actions, taking care of those from Wartwood, and only with those actions, Anne was able to forgive her, in my opinion, the best decision. Also, with that I come to another point, although I love Marcy with all my heart, my favorite character is Anne, I feel very identified with her, on very personal issues, which are irrelevant here, Anne is my inspiration for not having afraid of all the change I had in my life recently.
