When the Core told the King that the box would return as prophesized by the Olms, what if: The Olms told Leif the same thing after she sought help and this scared her so to prevent it from returning she traveled to Earth and gave the box to humans, hoping that it would stay there forever. ...that is, until our girl trio came along. _Ref: the carving at the museum where a frog appeared before a group of medieval people_ I wouldn't know what happened to Leif afterwards but I'm guessing she settled/hid in Wartwood, had a family, and (hopefully) died of old age. However she's not included in the Plantar family tree book and there's 2 reasons I can think of: The good one: She's from so long ago that the Plantars eventually forgot, or that they didn't think to document their family tree until years later when Leif had already died of old age. The bad one: Leif hid in Wartwood after her visit to the Olms, and stayed there. She cultivated her own land and met someone, later had a family. All this time she kept the box hidden and wrote a book about it (the one Hop Pop was reading). However she grew anxious and decided to leave the box someplace the newts will never retrieve (Earth) but got stuck there or somewhere, never able to return to her family and died where she was.

Also in the painting Andrias and Leif are looking at eachother and there is a art that Matt Braly did Andrias Berral and Leif are back together and they are on his sholders and Andrias and Leif are looking at eachother. There was and still is something more than just friendship between Andrias and Leif.

Leif is a good person, but her flaw is that she does not trust her friends enough with the vision she had. Also, it's confusing why Aldrich did not tell Leif that the moon is artificially under Amphibia's control and has no way of crashing into the planet (unless that is classified as a doomsday project if the Core loses control over the continent).

Anyone notice that in the music box room, there’s portraits of past rulers of Amphibia? I think those must be some of the minds the core contained. Not only that, in a different episode where Anne, Marcy, Sprig, and Polly go to the coffin room, there’s 8 coffins. Those coffins must house Andrias’s ancestors, including Aldrich himself. In the same episode where Leif, Andrias, and Barrel were in, there was an entrance to a room. That entrance showed 8 newts. I counted the pictures in the music box room, those ARE Andrias’s ancestors. I’m sure of it.
