Amplitube 5 Program changes in DAW/Reaper

Remember: ReaControlMIDI pc #0 = Amplitube pc #1. 1=2; 2=3; 3=4; etc. At the moment it only works with VST2, not VST3.

Try Amplitube VST plugin, not VST3. Hope this helps.

How do you load Amplitude into Reaper?

If you don't have Amplitube in the list you either haven't installed a plugin or more likely you don't have a correct folder in Reaper's vst folder and it cannot find it. You can assign several folders in Reaper to look for vst plugins because depending the manufacturer they may use different names for vst folders.

I don't use Bias FX but according to their site you need Pro or Elite version to use midi commands, if you have either I assume you should be able to use it as a plugin in Reaper and control it similar way. help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027975151-MIDI-Assignment-in-BIAS-FX-2-Standalone

No, no... This is only possible with the built-in plugin in Reaper DAW!

@@RÅNÇIÐ I am not aware of alternative plugins that perform the function of MIDI control in VST format. But I know that in Reaper DAW plugins and scripts for management such many... I don't even know how many there are in total.

I have the same issue in samplitude. Works fine with stomp boxes but not program changes

I think Cubase doesn't have similar type of plugin as Reacontrolmidi is in Reaper. I don't use Cubase but I believe this is the case.

@@mikaerik I discovered it was an issue with samplitude prx5 and ampltiube vst3. Switching to vst2 helped. Also upgrading to samplitude prox7 worked with the vst3.
