sometime ago there was a raid by the food department last year in Oct.and found unhygienic condition and thus food quality is not upto the mark and domestic gas cylinders were used. Pls check the food department's report on you tube itself. Distant drums sounds well. OMG! Even food colours is being used.

You didn’t asked them about the spices they use, why their daal specifically is so famous. Is it just that their preparation style is unique or any secret recipe they have ? should have enquired. I have also heard a famous story about their dhaba is that they have not washed their utensil of daal since Independence. They let it stay the same with a coating of ghee overnight and that’s the biggest USP of their taste. Overall nice video. 👍🏻
