Longplay for "Alloy Box" on the Amstrad CPC!
As an extra bonus video before the end of the year, here is a longplay for the eventual winner of this year's annual CPCRetroDev Amstrad game creation competition... "Alloy Box"! A frantic run 'n' gun game with a small bit of "Metal Gear" style stealth from CNGSoft, with some lovely graphics and fantastic music which speeds up when you get detected that really gets your adrenaline pumping! This is a game that does divide opinion and depends on your gaming preferences, but overall I think this is a deserved winner once you 'click' with it!
I feel it's important to support new Amstrad games! And this is a live stream edit taken from the Amstream on the 24th November, but with additional introduction and overview from myself. Hope that is OK! But it was done uninterrupted and better with real live reactions I feel rather than re-recording offline!

Yeah must of been close yeah shame think lot more people was really hoping for Sugar City to win. Its wonderful very refreshing to see new games designed for the Amstrad cause without the original line production companies making games all it discontinued on the Amstrad so all this helps keep it alive things like this is the only way we get new games now for the Amstrad all these great independent developers coders well done to all students i award you some LEGION medals 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 Those awarded for your talents an abilities an entertainment excellence.
