The final result looks great! I've said it before, but I think it bears repeating: your excellent lighting work makes this ship come to life. Large decals like that scare me. I don't have the skills to make them look right, but yours turned out nicely! I've opted to paint the panels on mine, and like you said for your 1/1000 model, it's a lot of work. I've just finished up the main painting, so I should have a new build video out soon. Thanks for sharing your build! This series has been a treat. I look forward to your next project.

@@thesloppymodeler I'm going to attempt to fill some of the seams with a 3d printer pen. Should be able to squirt in some melted filament into the gaps then sand a putty over. I'll keep you updated on the build.

The Version with colors in it has darker plastic wich blocks the light way better. No chance for out of the box lightning without resin parts on that version though.

Shawn, thanks for the compliment. It was a lot of work, but it came out better then I expected. In my opinion, the central shuttle bay is awesome. It turned out amazing. The two side bays, not so much. You can't see them well and it's a lot of work for little reward. Good luck with your build!
