Wow ! I just stumbled across this outstanding video. Thank you so much for posting it. I'm a rail-fan that has lived in Wilson, NC for the past 20+ years. So I've seen all of this, many times, but certainly not from this perspective. I very much appreciate that you set up the camera (on a tripod I guess) and left it in position throughout the entire video. It made it a LOT easier to follow just where the train was in my mind. Thank you again !

An excellent video! Finally one not using zoom so the train seems to creep with 20 mph. But may I ask what speed the train is going here? Seems to be more than 79 mph, or is this an illusion? Thanks

From the looks, I'd say 100/110. On some segments Amtrak can travel the fast.
