You can definitely tell this is from 5 years ago. You’ve come a LONG way with each of your following video’s! Great job Amusement Lab!

This is cool but I have some constructive criticism. The intro is too long. I suggest making it about 30 to 40 seconds

The chain lift broke a week before I got my season pass 😢. I really want to experience it again since I haven't been on it since 2015. I hope they fix it soon

Brian McNally ikr, this last time (1/01/17) was the one time I rode in a LONG time cause either it's closed or it has a really absurdly long line...
@brianmcnally28738 жыл бұрын
Coaster Labs from what I heard they have to replace the chain lift which as you can imagine isn't and easy thing to do on the worlds highest flying coaster
@AmusementLabs8 жыл бұрын
+Brian McNally oh yeah. They have to remove all the guides and replace the sprockets and oil a bunch of stuff and check sensors wiring, etc. So yeah it's a prett y long process. Theyve also removed the lift gearbox for the moment.

Coaster Labs despite searching online for answers I still can't seem to find out why the Apocalypse has been closed for so long. I found out about the Tatsu online; obviously the Riddler won't reopen until Battle for Metropolis opens (I've also heard it's receiving a new coat of paint), but Apocalypse has been a total mystery. You got any ideas?

I know this is old but, constructive criticism, the intro was about 60 seconds too long, I can't hear your mumbling over the obnoxiously loud music, the info given that I could understand wasn't all accurate.

I love this ride! One of my favorites. One time we had to wait a little while before we could unload so we were just hanging forward there staring at the floor lol.

Just a few notes... 1. Im quite sure they have ran all 3 trains before. The purpose of the dual station is so that 3 trains can operate at once. For example - The Superman Ultimate Flight clone in Georgia has a dual loading station and it also has 3 trains. But the clones in New Jersey and Illinois only have 2 trains and they both have single loading stations. 2. The pair of ankle restraints are called 'flaps'. 3. The 'track switches' (there are two - one before the lift and one before returning to the station) are called 'turntables'. 4. The 'Mid course brake run' you mentioned is actually the safety brake. Tatsu is similar to the Superman Ultimate Flight clones as they dont have MCBR's. 5. Your explanation on Block Sections is a little misleading. There doesn't have to be double the amount of block sections as trains. Using Georgia's Superman as an example, it only has 5 blocks (2 stations, lift, safety brake, transfer brake) but it can operate 3 trains at once.
@AmusementLabs6 жыл бұрын
1. Oh, I thought I mentioned that. *shrug* 2. Okay, I couldn't find a name for them, but that makes sense-ish. 3. Well wouldn't a turntable imply that you're turning the piece WITH the train on it? Kind of like a train turn table... 4. Yeah, going for more simplicity. 5. Come to think of if yeah, I mean I guess. I should have said that depending on the type of block trains can occupy neighboring blocks (ie: a train in the transfer and a train in the station while another is one the course) like in the example you mentioned.
