Fine foods at very resonable prices, TripDressings! I am glad to see that. The seafood and fish serving is great at the price! Vegetables made tempura style are amazing. The best is in the spring when one for a short period can pick wild forest veggies in the mountains. Like fiddlehead fern and ramson and others, only available for a few weeks. I now live in Romania, but I use chopsticks very often, guess I got brainwashed during my years in Japan :-)) Not my business, but why can hindus not eat mackerel? Unless one is vegetarian of course. Nice clip as always, arigato!

Hi trip dressing, I would like to share with you an important idea about meat, whether it is chicken or beef. As Muslims, it is not just chicken or beef that makes it halal. The legal conditions play a major role in this, marine creatures are not included. Animals must be slaughtered according to Islamic law, and this requires: 1. Intention: The slaughter must be for Allah alone. 2. Method: The slaughter must be done in the correct manner, mentioning the name of Allah. 3. The person performing the slaughter: The person must be Muslim, or a follower of other heavenly religions (Christian or Jewish). So, it is important to check the source of the meat and the method of slaughtering it before eating it. These aspects make the meat suitable for consumption. Thank you for what you provide and for teaching us the ingredients and especially alerting us if they are pork products.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on meat! I learn so much from it. I will look into it here as well and let you know which items are labeled as allergens and contain ingredients that are considered inedible for religious reasons. Currently in Japan, menus and titles are written in English, which is becoming the norm, but allergen labels are still in Japanese, and tourists often cannot read them. Based on the allergen information I have provided, I would like people from various countries to make their own judgments and enjoy experiencing Japanese food!
