It won't be. The original song is old as dirt and wasn't created under Square Enix, it was a part of Utada's solo career years ago. The remix is somewhat new, but again it has no real ties to Kingdom Hearts. Utada has already confirmed she's working on a new KH3 song so we can expect something new from her by the time the game roles around.
