If you are refering to the white haired guy then it would be Toaru Majutsu no Railgun, if you ment the girl then it's Nisemonogatari/Bakemonogatari (those are the same series but 2 seasons), or if you ment the warning signs and the GM appearing, it's Sword Art Online
